IHM inspections
According to EU-SRR (European Ship Recycling Regulation), all vessels over 500GT, regardless the flag, have to register the Inventory of Hazardous Materials (IHM) issued by a certified company to be allowed to berth or anchor in Europe.
Besides, the International Maritime Organization (IMO) also regulate the IHM via Marine Environment Protection Committee (MEPC)
Belga Marine has certified professional to carry out the inspection and collect samples related to IHM on board vessels according to Visual Sampling Checking Plan (VSCP) procedure.
