GMDSS Radio Survey
The GMDSS – Global Maritime Distress and Safety System – regulation requires vessels to carry various types of communications equipment depending upon the voyages of the ship rather than the gross tonnage. The GMDSS also requires vessels to comply with certain functional requirements to which the rules are applicable to the appropriate tonnage and operational areas. To provide a GMDSS inspection the engineer must obtain an appropriate license for inspector.
We are technically certified to perform GMDSS radio survey on vessels and production sites by the major classification societies operating in Brazil.
